Is this a homework solver?
No, and that's deliberate. We don't answer the question. We tell you which geometric structure is in the photo you uploaded and take you to the concept page so you can understand it. The aim is to move from "I'm studying geometry" to "I see geometry when I look around".
Does the AI get things wrong?
It does. It can see a structure that isn't there, miss one that is, or attach the wrong concept. Treat the output as a starting point for learning — not as a measurement, a homework answer, or a basis for a decision. When you need to be sure, go to the mathematics on the concept page and to your teacher.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A sharp frame showing the whole structure works best: a bridge cable, a roof, a staircase, a shadow, a sign. With photos that are very dark, blurry, or show only part of the structure, the model may say it couldn't read it.
How long does an analysis take?
Usually a few seconds. It can take longer when the model is busy. If the analysis fails, your allowance is refunded automatically — you don't have to do anything.
How many concepts are there?
The library keeps growing, so we don't fix a number here; you'll see the current one on the concepts page. Some are open on the free tier, and membership opens all of them.
What can I do on the free tier?
You can walk part of the concept library and keep your progress. Having your own photos read and opening the member-only concepts needs a plan.
Which plan should I buy?
Daily if you want to try it for a day; weekly or monthly for one assignment period. Yearly if you'll use it regularly — it's the cheapest per analysis. If you only need a few photos read, analysis credits are enough.
Credits or a plan — which makes more sense?
Credits are for topping up on top of a plan that's still running. They cost more per analysis than any plan, so if you'll use it regularly a plan is always cheaper.
What happens when my period ends?
You return to the free tier. Your account, progress and discoveries are not deleted. Unused analyses stay too, and stack on top of your next plan.
How long are my analyses valid?
365 days from your last purchase. Every purchase within that window resets the clock. If it lapses, the remaining balance is cleared, and that shows in your account history.
Is this a subscription? Will my card be charged automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time payment. Nothing renews on its own and your card is never charged a second time. If you want to continue, you buy the next plan yourself.
Is tax included in the prices?
Yes. The amount you see on the page is the amount you pay; no tax is added at checkout. The tax that applies in your country is calculated out of that amount and appears as a separate line on your invoice.
Do you see my card details?
No. Payments are taken through Paddle and they process the card data. All we hold is the transaction id and what you bought.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we won't ask why. Having tried the product and used your analyses does not block the refund.
Whose analyses are the ones in the educator plan?
The teacher's own — for their own preparation. Students don't draw on that allowance; they use their own plan or the institution's pool.
Do my students need to buy a plan too?
On the educator plan, yes: student access isn't included, and students join with their own plan or on the free tier. To cover a whole class you need an institution licence.
What can my teacher see about me?
Your name, how many concepts you started, how many you took to the end, and when you were last seen. They do NOT see your photos or discovery cards — those are closed. You can share them one by one if you want to.
Can an institution have more than one administrator?
It can. The institution owner can make any teacher an administrator; an administrator opens and archives classes, creates invites and sees the institution dashboard. Assigning roles stays with the owner alone.
What happens if I join a class while I have my own plan?
Your plan and remaining analyses stay exactly as they are. While you're in an institution the pool is spent first and your own allowance waits — so what came out of your pocket is used last. Your account meter shows the two separately.
Where do my photos go, and can I delete them?
They are sent to our AI provider for the analysis, then stored in a private area only you can see. You can delete any discovery one by one; if you want your whole account deleted, one message is enough.
