Refund policy
If you're not happy with the package you bought, we give your money back. The rule is one sentence: write to us within 14 days of your purchase, and we won't ask why.
14 days, no reason needed
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the date you bought, and you don't have to give a reason. Having tried the product and used your analyses in that time does not block the refund — trying it and not liking it is the reason for a refund.
How to ask
Writing to the address below is enough; telling us which account you bought on makes it faster. You can also write to Paddle directly through the link in the invoice email they sent you. Both reach the same place, and neither costs anything extra.
How long it takes
We usually approve a request the same day we receive it. How quickly the money reaches your card depends on the payment provider and your bank: most often 3-5 working days, and with some banks up to 10.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is approved, the access and analyses that purchase opened are taken back off your account and you return to the free tier. Your discoveries, your progress and your account are not deleted — they stay where they are.
Repeated refunds
If one account repeatedly buys and refunds, we may decline further purchases. This clause exists for abuse only; it is never applied to a good-faith refund request.
Institution licences
School and institution licences are priced by seat count, so they work separately. The 14 days apply here too; the refunded amount is calculated from the seats opened and the pool analyses already spent. The detail is in your institution agreement.
On top of your legal rights
This policy sits on top of the rights the law gives you, it doesn't replace them. In the European Union and the United Kingdom you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital products; if your country's consumer law gives you longer, that applies.
