Terms of use
This page explains what you are buying, what to expect from the product, and what is not our responsibility. We kept it short; if a clause isn't clear, write to us and we'll explain it.
What this product does, and doesn't
Geometry Everywhere teaches you to see geometry in the real world: it links a scene to a diagram, and the diagram to an analytic model. It is NOT a solver. It won't answer your homework question or work an exam problem. It tells you which geometric structure is in the photo you uploaded, and takes you to the concept page so you can understand it.
What the AI says is not certain
Photo analysis is done by an AI model, and these models get things wrong: they can see a structure that isn't there, miss one that is, or attach the wrong concept. Treat the output as a starting point for learning — not as a measurement, a homework answer, or a basis for a decision. When you need to be sure, go to the mathematics on the concept page and to your teacher.
Your account
An account is for one person; don't share your sign-in links. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you are under 13, don't open an account on your own; if you join through your school, you are your teacher's responsibility. If you want your account deleted entirely, one message is enough.
What you are buying
You are buying a period of access and a number of photo analyses to use within it. Every purchase is a one-time payment: there is no subscription, nothing renews on its own, and your card is never charged a second time. When your period ends you return to the free tier; your account, progress and discoveries stay. Analyses you bought don't expire — they remain after your period ends and stack on top of your next plan.
Who takes the payment
Payments are taken through Paddle.com Market Ltd, and Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase. Your invoice comes from Paddle and your card details never reach us. For refunds and invoices you can write to us or to Paddle; both reach the same place.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars and tax is included: the amount you see on the page is the amount you pay, and no tax is added at checkout. The tax that applies in your country is calculated out of that amount and appears as a separate line on your invoice.
The photos you upload
Only upload photos you have the right to upload. Don't upload images that show someone else's private space, that contain identifiable people without their consent, or that are unlawful. We reserve the right to remove content that plainly breaks this rule and to close the account. Where your photos go and how long they stay is set out on the privacy page.
What you shouldn't do
Query the product in bulk with automated tools, resell your analyses, share an account so that many people use one allowance, or deliberately strain the service. If we detect this we'll write to you first; if it continues we'll close the account.
Class and institution accounts
If you join a class, your teacher sees your name, your progress and when you were last seen; they don't see your photos or discovery cards. On an institution licence, analyses are spent from the institution's pool first and from your own allowance second. Institution and educator accounts exist for management. If you leave a class, your account and progress stay with you.
Changes to the service
We may add concepts, change the interface, or remove features. If we shut the product down entirely while you hold paid access, we refund the remainder of your period.
Limit of liability
We provide the product as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any damage is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. This clause does not remove the rights your country's consumer law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the rights your country's consumer law gives you — and your ability to bring a claim there — are unaffected.
Changes to this text
If we update this text we change the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects your purchase, we'll tell you by email.
